About MØRN Coffee

Our Story

Mørn was born from a love of great coffee, early mornings, and community. A Scottish roastery and coffee wholesaler, we roast in Scotland and supply cafés and businesses across the country.

Alongside wholesale roasting, we operate several brunch cafés across Edinburgh. Each has its own name, menu, and character, yet all share the same foundations: exceptional coffee, honest food, welcoming spaces, and strong local roots.

Our flagship café, Mørn, takes its name from the word morning and reflects what we value most: the calm, energy, and promise of a new day. Facing south, it welcomes the early light and looks out to Arthur's Seat.
